Yesterday was a historic day for St. Seachnall’s National School as our senior hurling team took to the pitch for the final against Gaelscoil Na Bóinne, Trim. In a match filled with incredible skill, determination, and heart-stopping moments, our players gave it their absolute all.
From the first whistle to the last, it was a phenomenal team performance. Every single player on the panel played their part, showing immense work rate, discipline, and true sportsmanship. When the final whistle blew, it was the St. Seachnall’s jersey that emerged victorious!
We would also like to extend a huge thank you to O'Ríordan Construction for their continued generosity in sponsoring our sharp new away jerseys for the final. We are incredibly grateful for the ongoing, loyal support of hurling in our school.
A massive thank you to the players for their hard work and dedication all season, to the coaches for their guidance, and to all the teachers, parents, and supporters who created an electric atmosphere on the sidelines.
The silverware is coming back to Dunshaughlin, and we couldn't be prouder of this fantastic group of champions.
