On 5th February 2026, St. Seachnall's NS hosted a very special day to celebrate chess - Féile Fichille. We had 2 teams from 3rd class complete. We also had 2 teams from 6th class compete (Masters). Congratulations to all our children who participated on the day. Three other schools came to complete, so overall we had 112 pupils enjoy a fun-filled day of chess amongst their peers.
